Objectives:
Main objective:
To enhance the institutional and financial capacity of the Opportunity and Protection Association to provide services for children and families at risk of Haskovo region.

Specific objectives:

  • Improving quality of provided services
  • Extending public support and basis of development of organisation
  • Expanding the territorial scope of services

    • Duration: August 2013 – July 2015

    Expected results:

  • Better planning in services, improved quality
  • Created potentials for new partnerships and contractors for our services
  • Strengthened partnership with District school system
  • Sustainability in voluntary resources
  • Created friendly working environment
  • Developed and distributed information materials
  • Provided 2 innovative services:

    • - Family Group Conference, to 20 families with children at risk
    - Child Police Academy – for 200 children

  • Expanded territorial scope of services in 3 communities in Haskovo region with limited access to them

    • Budget and funding organisation:
    134 603,76 BGN, funded by Switzerland through Reform Fund Linked to Civil Society Participation
